The Classroom and Playground

As a Teaching Assistant (TA), your responsibilities extend beyond the confines of the classroom. In this lesson, we will explore the additional duties that TAs often undertake within both the classroom and the playground environment.

 

1. Classroom Support:

   – Assist with lesson preparation: Learn how to collaborate with teachers to prepare materials, set up equipment, and organize the classroom environment before lessons.

   – Responding to incidents: Understand how to respond to accidents, injuries, or conflicts that may arise on the playground, including providing first aid and reporting incidents to appropriate staff members.

 

3. Communication and Collaboration:
